Chhattisgarh Police is going to recruit 2259 Constable (GD) & Constable Tradesman Posts. The selection process with details of syllabus and pattern is providing here below.

Selection Process Constable (GD) : Total Marks : 250

1. Physical Measurement Test : Qualifying

2. Physical Efficiency Test : 150 marks

3. Written Test : 100 marks

4. Running/Walk : Qualifying

5. Bonus Marks : 10 marks

Selection Process Constable (Tradesmen) : Total Marks : 100

1. Written Exam Related to Trades : 50 Marks
2. Practical Marks : 50 Marks
3. Bonus Marks : 10 marks

Written Test

Exam Pattern :- Scheme of CG Police Constable exam is as follows :

► The written test will be multiple choice objective type.

► There shall be a composite paper carrying four parts.

► The question paper will be of total 100 marks.

► The duration of test will be 02:00 hours (120 minutes).

Exam Syllabus :- CG Police exam syllabus is given below :

General Knowledge : Indian Polity and Constitution, History of India and Chhattisgarh and National Movements, Geography of World, India and Chhattisgarh, Indian Economy, General Science, Current events, national and international importance etc.

Mental Ability : Reasoning, relations, similarities and differences, number series, finding relation through numbers, words, symbols or figures, sign language, hidden figures, different type of patterns etc.

Analytical Ability : Analysis and Judgment, Decision-making, Verbal and figure classification, Arithmetical number series, analyzing data from table, graphs or chart etc.

Arithmetic : Number System, Simplification, Decimal & Fraction, HCF LCM, Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Partnership, Time & Work, Distance, Use of Table & Graph, Mensuration & Miscellaneous.
