Selection Process :

• First Stage (Written Exam)
• Second Stage (Typing Exam)

Written Exam

Exam Pattern : The Exam Pattern will be as Follows:

• The Exam Will be Subjective Type & Objective Type.
• Total Marks for the Exam Will be 100 Marks.
• The Time Duration for the Exam Will be 02 Hour.

Subject Type

हिंदी के 200 शब्दों के अनुच्छेद को सुन्दर अक्षर	10 Marks
हिंदी के अनुच्छेद का संक्षेपण	10 Marks
डायरी एवं प्रेषण पंजी में (10-10) कुल 20 प्रविष्ट करना	10 Marks
हिंदी के अनुच्छेद का हिंदी में अनुवाद करना	10 Marks
हिंदी के 10 अशुद्ध वाक्यों को शुद्ध करना	10 Marks

Objective Test

• The Objective Paper Will Consist 100 Questions
• There Will be a Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks for Objective Test.

Mathematics, General Knowledge/ General Science and Basic Knowledge of Computer Related Questions

40 Marks

Minimum Qualifying Marks : The Minimum Qualifying Marks for First Stage (Written Exam) Will be as Follows:

Economically Backward Category	34%
SC/ST & Female Candidates	32%

Exam Syllabus : The Exam Syllabus will be as Follows:

Mathematics : Arithmetic, elementary algebra geometry, general trigonometry, mensuration. Generally, questions of Matric/10th standard will be include.

General Knowledge : Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidates general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of every day observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person. The test will also include questions relating to Jharkhand, India and its neighbouring countries. Current affairs, Scientific achievements, National/International Awards, Indian Languages, Books, Scripts, Capital, Currency, sports and important events. Indian History, Culture, Geography, Environment, Economic aspects, Freedom Movement, major features of Indian Agriculture & Natural Resources and Indian Constitution & Polity, Panchayati Raj, community development and 5 years Plan. General Knowledge of Geographical and Political condition of Jharkhand.

General Science : Questions of General Science will include to test knowledge of matters of every day observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person who didn’t study science as a subject.

Basic Knowledge of Computer : The questions related to various devices of Computer, MS Windows operating system, MS Office and knowledge of Internet Operating method.

Second Stage (Typing Exam)

Candidate will have to type 250 words at computer with speed at 25 words per minute in the Hindi language (Kruti Deo 010). No more than 2% of the mistake will be allowed.
