Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has recently announced about the recruitment of 212 Posts of Assam Civil Service (Jr. Grade), Assam Land & Revenue Service (Jr. Grade), Assam Police Service (Jr. Grade), Superintendent of Taxes, Superintendent of Excise, Asst. Employment Officer, Labour Inspector, Inspector of Taxes and Inspector of Excise. Many Eligible Candidates Filled there online application form for these Posts. Candidates must have proper knowledge of selection process that they get an idea of “What type of tests/exam will they face for this recruitment?” Here we are providing detailed process of selection, so aspirants can prepare for their best performance in each stage of selection process.

Selection Procedure:- The Combined Competitive Examination consists of two successive stages:- 

(i) The Preliminary Examination
(ii) The Main Examination (written & interview)

Exam Pattern :

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION :

• The Preliminary Examination will consist of two papers of objective type multiple choice questions.
• The Time Duration for Each Paper Will be 02 Hours.
• Paper-I Will be of General Studies and Paper-II will be of One subject to be selected from the list of optional subjects given below:
• There Will be 200 Marks for Each Paper (Total -400 Marks).
