JNVST 2018 conducting by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti to Take admission in Class VI in 660 Jawahar Navodaya Schools in India. Admissions in JNVs are made through the JAWAHAR NAVODAYA VIDYALAYA SELECTION TEST (JNVST) at Class VI.

About Exam :

JNV Selection Test for admission to Class-VI in JNVs for the academic session 2018-19 for Summer Bound JNVs was conducted on 21th April 2018. JNVST 2018 for Winter & Extreme Bound JNVs Were also Organized on 21th April 2018 and 2nd Phase Exam was conducted on 15th July 2018.

The following activities may be taken up by the parents/guardians after selection of students for admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya :

1. Select list may be downloaded from the website.
2. Formats for the submission of details may be downloaded.
3. Filled in formats are to be submitted to the Principal of JNV concerned.
4. Certificates from the competent authority in respect of Rural, OBC, SC, ST and Disability are to be submitted to the JNV for verification of documents /eligibility to confirm admission to Class VI.

JNVST 2018 Result to be Displayed : The result of Class 6th JNVST 2018 will also be displayed in the offices of the concerned-

(i) Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya
(ii) District Education Officer
(iii) District Magistrate
(iv) Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti of the Region.

The Result of JNV Selection Test 2018 (JNVST-2018) for admission to Class-VI in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya for the academic session 2017-18 Will Be Announced Soon. The result will be displayed in the offices of the concerned (i) Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (ii) District Education Officer (iii) District Magistrate (iv) Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti of the Region.

The Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya concerned, will also inform the selected candidates through registered post. The Result will also be displayed on website of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti at the address (http://www.navodaya.nic.in).

Selection in the test will not vest any right on the candidates to secure admission into the JNV. At the time of seeking actual admission, each selected candidate will have to produce all relevant certificates, as prescribed by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. Until admission, the selection is provisional.
