About Exam:–

Selection Process:-

• Shorthand Dictation Test
• Typing Test
• Viva-Voce

Exam Pattern:- The Exam Pattern is as follows :

• The Exam will be Conducted in Three Parts.
• First Part will be of Shorthand Dictation Test in Computer, If Candidates Clear this Part then will be eligible for next part.
• Second Part will be of Typing Test, If Candidates Clear this Part then will be eligible for next part.
• Shorthand Dictation Test and Typing Test will be of 40 Marks each.
• Third or Last part of this Exam will be Viva-Voce it will be of 20 Marks.

Exam Syllabus:- The Exam Syllabus Will be as follows:

Part-1 –

Shorthand Dictation Test – Dictation of two passage in English Containing total 600 words for transcription to ascertain the speed in shorthand.

Part-2 –

Typing Test – A passage in English Containing 500 words for typing to ascertain the speed in typing

Part-3 –

Viva-Voce
