About Exam

All the Candidates Successfully Submitted there Application Form and Now they are going to give the Exam. Most of the Region Provided the Exam Date. The Exam will be Written Type.The Exam will be Started from 24-09-2017 for Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh Region & Many More Other.

Gujarat Region

  • There Will be 120 Question Based on the Subjects like Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness, General English and General Hindi
  • There will be 0.25 negative marking on each wrong answer.
  • Each Question Will be of 01 Marks.
  • The Question Papers for Written Test will be Trilingual (Hindi, English and Gujarati).

Uttarakhand Region

  • There Will be 120 Question Based on the Subjects like General English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness & Current Affairs.
  • There will be No Negative Marking.
  • Each Question Will be of 01 Marks.
  • The Question Papers for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.

Haryana Region

  • There Will be 120 Question Based on the Subject General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Reasoning and Numerical Ability.
  • There will be No Negative Marking.
  • Each Question Will be of 01 Marks.
  • The Question Papers for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.

Himachal Region

  • There Will be 100 Question Based on the Subject General Knowledge, Aptitude consisting of Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, Current Events and Numerical Ability.
  • Each Question Will be of 01 Marks.
  • There will be No Negative Marking.
  • The Question Papers for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.

Delhi Region

  • There Will be 120 Question Based on the Subject General Knowledge, Aptitude consisting of Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, Current Events and Numerical Ability.
  • Each Question Will be of 01 Marks.
  • There will be No Negative Marking.
  • The Question Papers for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi.

Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) Region and Jammu & Kashmir Region

  • There Will be 120 Question Based on the Subject General Knowledge and General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude and Reasoning, Language (Hindi and English) and Current Affairs.
  • All questions carry equal 1 mark.
  • There will be no negative marking for wrong Answer.
  • The Question Papers for Written Test will be bilingual i.e. in English and Hindi both

Odisha Region

  • There Will be 120 Question Based on the Subject Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Awareness and General English.
  • All questions carry 1 (one) mark and there will be 0.25 negative marking on each wrong answer.

Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra & Goa Region

FCI Watchman Syllabus : The Exam Syllabus is as Follows:

Quantitative Aptitude : Questions will be asked from Simplification, Average, Percentage, Time & Work, Area, profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Speed, Investment, HCF LCM, Problem On Ages , Bar Graph, Pictorial Graph, Pie Chart. Candidates need to be focus on Basics of Mathematics & Simplification.

General Awareness: Question will be asked from Indian History, Indian Polity, Current Events, Geography, Economy etc. Focus will be on Current national & International events, banking, sports etc.

Note:- Candidates are advised to focus on World History & World geography, as questions from this part frequently came in the Objective Test.

Reasoning : Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgement, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure, Non Verbal Reasoning.

General English/Hindi : Passage, Preposition, Correction of sentences, active passive voice, direct indirect sentences, Verbs/Tense/Non Finites, Punctuation, Substituting phrasal verbs for expression, Synonyms and Antonyms, Use of adjective, Compound preposition, Determiners, Use of pronouns.

General Knowledge : Culture and Religion, Soil, Rivers, Mountains, Ports, Inland Harbours, Freedom Movement, Sports : championships/Winners/Terms/No. of Players, Defence, Wars and Neighbours, Current Affairs, Important National Facts about India, Heritage and Arts, Dance, History, Languages, Capitals and Currencies, National : Bird/ Animal/ Sport/ Flower/ Anthem/ Song/ Flag/ Monuments, Eminent Personalities, Common Names, Full forms and Abbreviations, Discoveries, Diseases and Nutrition, Award and Authors.

Current Affairs : On Current Events of National and International importance, candidates will be expected to have knowledge about them.

Mathematics : Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs, etc.

English Language & Grammar : It will be test of English comprehension. Questions will be asked from antonyms, synonyms, grammar, one word substitution, idioms & phrases, Passage, Cloze Test, Jumble Sentences etc.
