About Exam:-

All the Candidates will Face the Exam of Station Master, Accounts Assistant, Goods Guard & Senior Clerk. The Exam Will be of Computer Based Test (CBT). The Exam Will be Conducted in the Month of June, 2018 (Tentatively). More Details about the Exam is Provided Below.

Selection Process:

• Computer Based Test
• Aptitude Test
• Document Verification (DV)

Exam Pattern:- The Exam Pattern Will be as Follows:

• The Exam Will be of Computer Based Test (CBT).
• The Questions Paper Will be of 100 Questions/ Marks.
• The Questions Paper Will be of Objective Type, 70% General Awareness Questions, 20% Proficiency English & 10% Basic Computer Knowledge
• The Time Duration of Exam 90 Minutes.
• There will be a Negative Marking of 1/3 Marks.

General Awareness

Mathematics:

Number system, BODMAS, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportion, Percentages, Mensuration, Time and Work; Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, Squar e Root, Age Calculations, Calendar & Clock, Pipes & Cistern etc.

General Intelligence and Reasoning:

Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Inte rpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and Decision Making, Similarities and Differences, Analytical reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement – Arguments and Assumptions etc.

General Science:

The syllabus under this shall cover Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level.

General awareness current affairs: Science & Technology, Sports, Culture, Personalities, Economics, Politics and other subjects of importance.

English: Knowledge of Grammar, comprehension etc of level 10 th standard.

Basic Computer knowledge: Microsoft word, Power point , Excel,Internet, email,trouble shooting etc.
