It should be noted that There is less Ratio of Constable while compare to Trains & Passengers. So For Safety of Railway Passengers, Constables are needed in good amount. So Railway Board has given approval for recruitment of Constables in RPF.

Proposal for recruitment of 18000 Constable was passed in Year 2003 but Process was not Started. Although in Year 2013, 17000 Constable were recruited based on the Previous Vacancies.

Pay Scale :

The post carries a Pay of Rs.8460/- in the Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200/- including Grade Pay of Rs.2000/- According to the Last Recruitment Advertisement. Exact Details will be Update with the Upcoming Advertisement.

Age Limit :

The applicant must not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years,. Age mentioned in the Matriculation or equivalent certificate will only be accepted. The Exact Details will be Provided with the Upcoming Advertisement.

Educational Qualification :

The applicant must have passed the Matriculation or equivalent examination conducted by a recognized Board. the Broad Details will be Declare with the Upcoming Advertisement.

Application Fee :

An fee of Rs.40 is payable in the form of a crossed Indian Postal Order or a crossed Bank draft. Cheque or Money Order will not be accepted Female applicants, applicants belonging to SC/ST category, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes and Ex – servicemen need not pay the Examination Fee.This Fee was Decided in last Recruitment. New Fees will Update with the New Upcoming Advertisement.

Online Application :

Application form  should be accepted in only online mode. Offline or any other mode will be rejected.
