About Exam:-

All the Candidates filled there Online Application form and Now they are waiting for there Exam. The Exam will be Conducted on the Date 06.05.2018. The Exam will be Screening Test.

Selection Process:-

Screening Test (Junior Clerk & Peon/Hamal)

Exam Pattern:-

  • The Exam Will be Screening Objective Type.
  • The Screening Test for the Post of Junior Clerk will be 20 Question with 40 Marks.
  • The Screening Test for the Post of peons 15  Question with 30 Marks.
  • The Question Paper will be of Local Language.

Exam Syllabus:- The Exam Syllabus for Jr Clerk Screeing Test is Given Below:

General Knowledge : History, Geography and Socio-Economic development of India. Knowledge of current events of National and International importance and such matters of every day observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person who has not made a special study of any scientific subject. Paper will also include questions on Modern History (From 1857 onwards) of India, Indian culture, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, Geography of India.

General English: Litterature, Verb, preposition, adverb, subject verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks with articles etc., comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language.

General Science: The syllabus under this shall cover Physics, Chemistry and Life Sciences of 10th standard level.

General Awareness on current affairs in Science & Technology, Sports, Culture, Personalities, Economics, Politics and any other subjects of importance.

General Computer Knowledge: Basic of Computers, Computer Organization, Generations of computer, Input & Output Device, Shortcuts & Basic knowledge MS word, MS Excel, MS power point, Memory Orientation, Internet, LAN, WAN, Modem, Computer Abbreviations, Modern day Technology. Remember short cut Tricks of MS Word, MS Excel & Computer Abbreviations.

Note: computer knowledge shall be also included in the screening for the

Junior Clerks.

Typing Test (Stenographer & Junior Clerk)

Stenographer (L.G.)

For the post of Stenographer, the candidate shall have to appear in the Speed Test of 20 marks each in shorthand in English and local language. Particulars of the said Test are as below:

Junior Clerks

­The local language typing test carrying 20 marks shall comprise of 300 words to be typed by the candidates within 10 minutes (30 wpm) on Computers. The services of stenographers in the District Court shall be used for the evaluation of the sheets typed by the candidates.

Peon/ Hamal:

­Activeness test and cleaning test The test of activeness carrying 5 marks for the post of peons/Hamal shall be held on the date as may be declared in the advertisement. In this test the swiftness and promptness in the movements of the candidates shall be tested.

Interview (For All Post)

Interview carrying 20 marks, of eligible candidates for the post of Stenographers (L.G.),  & 10 marks for the post of Junior Clerks, Peons/Hamal.
